The Residences at Merrick Park Luxury Apartments

Lived here for three years and had a very good experience. I moved out due to increased pricing, but otherwise everything was great and I miss it. The staff is warm and friendly, they repair things very quickly. The building is quiet. They are always doing upgrades throughout the units and the building in general. Elevators go down a bit and think it is a bit overpriced but other than that would highly recommend.

I have lived here for two full years. I highly recommend it. The apartments are clean and new, and everything is kept perfectly tidy. The management is outstanding. Mr. Kaaman and Miss Andre are always polite, patient, and ready to help with any issues. That was very important for my family. I’m grateful to everyone. Mr. Roberto has helped us many times with household matters. Thanks to Mrs. Teresa, our building was always spotless and smelled wonderful. She is an amazing and calm woman, even when our little ones leave messes behind. I truly wish I could stay here. If you’re looking for a perfect, peaceful, and clean place for your family—this is the one.

This is the worst place to live. Very updated and recent review from a resident who lived there for 2 years. I just moved out in August, and I was counting down the days, as were the rest of the people on my floor, who I’m sure will write reviews once they receive their security deposit back. No pool for over a year. Construction is all you will hear. The “soundproofed” windows don’t matter, and the alarm at Neiman Marcus is uncontrollable and “out of management’s hands”. I got an attorney involved to try and be released from my lease— it was an awful living experience. It smells like an actual sewer every time you drive up to your unit because the garage is by the mall’s sewers and dumpster. $ 4k+ a month in rent to have no pool, listen to construction at a 6:30 a.m. start time, AND have

I lived here with my two young children for almost 6 years. We had a great experience. Great location, spacious apartments and an excellent management team. Andrea and Kaaman from the management office were always helpful, attentive, professional and timely! We got to know the maintenance folks as well, Roberto and Fernando, who we grew to know like family. If I had any issues, they were quick to help and always with a smile.

(5.22.25) Been living here for 2 years now. For the last 6 months we've had no pool access, and when we ask about it we do not get any concrete responses on timing. With now less amenities in the building, and the same rent, the building manager justifies the expenses by saying "you're not paying for the pool". Which, as a tenant for 2 years now, is a big bummer to here from building management. If you want a building with a pool, I would caution living here as this was taken away and tenants do not know when (or if) it will be available again. For people looking for an apartment in Miami: a pool is a *MUST* to deal with the heat. If I get an update on pool timing I'll update this post.
