The Residences At Linwood

This place is a BIG JOKE!!! They make their own rules, nothing gets done & done right!! They can kick you out if they feel that you have complained to much... This place is a HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!!! Sorry, I thought y'all should know a bit more about this place... The bugs people DON'T spray for bugs like they should!!! They do LESS THAN MINIMUM!!! THEY JUST HIT VERY FEW PLACES IN YOUR APARTMENT.......THEY USE GO GREEN FOR PEST CONTROL ( they wont tell YOU but you can get your own , you just have for it... My tub was SPRAY PAINT & HAS BE PEAKING HORRIBLY FOR 4YRS........ I have lived above the basement & the bugs come up into your apartment three the vents... I could just go on & on & on... But if you like this place, be for warned AGAIN....... IF YOU COMPLAIN TO MUCH ...

I have lived here 4yrs. They do spray for bugs, they have never lost my rent ,how can someone steal a money order an use it if it has been filled out, seems to me all the bad reviews I have been reading are not all true, the office personnel are kind,and friendly, I have had bad neighbors before,but Linwood can't control the actions of others. The bad neighbors I have had moved out without fulfilling leases, And property damage. They do keep the property mowed and the trash is dumped twice a week. I feel they do a great job,considering the size of the property an I have no complaints about the staff.

DONT move into these duplexes! unless its your last and only option. We had mold in the bathroom, the bathtub was painted incorrectly and peices of paint would constantly come off and float in the bath water! My neighbor was constantly banging on my door saying I was pointing a lasser in her house. She would bang on the wall with her phone constantly and bump music as high as her tv went. Thank god she got evicted. It was awful livng months next to a crazy lady and the maintenancecouldnt do anything. When we finally moved they tried to say we stole their refrigerator! They tried to charge us for it. We contacted them insisting we didn't steal the refrigerator and they said they would give us our deposit back but they never did. Horrible awful no good place. The office don’t do nuthin about calls for bedbugs and roaches. Maintenance takes forever to fix issues. There’s homeless people living in my basement. Grass hasn’t been mowed all year. My neighbors keep taking the trash cans to their apartments. People leave their mattresses outside on the street. All of the employees straight up suck.

I've been here two months and still no lights in the living room and bedroom. It is an electrical problem. I am going to get out of the lease if I can. Roaches live here!
