The Residences at Lake Saunders

I must say that my experience throughout the whole move in process was absolutely amazing. Nicole and Jennifer worked my application from start to finish and I have not one complaint. Even the issues I had with Duke and Xfinity became non existent once I spoke to them and was responded to within minutes. The property is absolutely stunning and brand new. I am so happy I moved here and there is no place I would rather be. Thanks ladies for all your help. Even Milo gave it a paws up 😂 🐾

My family and I recently moved into the 4 bedroom home with the amazing help from Nicole Lung. We absolutely love the home, the space and the environment.

My family loves living here, the homes are so spacious and we love the community. Nicole and the rest of the front office are awesome and helpful. The maintenance crew is great and appreciated also.
