The Residences at Forest Grove

Saddly my lease still up. Be careful renting here, maintenance is nowhere to be found, they can't keep employees, they've had about 5 front desk reps in the last 6 months and they do not enforce the rules to keep up with property, but ofcourse they get you the second something is up with their money. STAY AWAY. One star is only because of the pool, the only nice thing here.

It was a great experience. We stopped in to see if they could show us the place. And it was a great place and the property team were nice and answered all of our questions. Looking forward to seeing a 2bedroom soon

I’ve really enjoyed living at Forest Grove! My apartment gets tons of natural light, which makes it feel so bright and welcoming. The grounds are always clean and well cared for, and any time I’ve needed something fixed, the maintenance team has been super quick and efficient. In the summer, we love spending time at the beautiful pool and the playground—it’s perfect for relaxing and having fun. The office staff are always so helpful and friendly, which makes a big difference. Overall, I highly recommend renting here—it’s a great place to call home!

I had a wonderful experience working with Rocqueline from the leasing office. She has amazing communication skills, always polite, patient, and truly professional. She made the entire leasing process incredibly easy and stress-free for me. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about helping others, and she definitely stands out. Terrible conditions. Apt ridden with pests like cockroaches and gnats. Put an inquiry in with the pest control service and there's a 70% chance they'll mark it as complete without even showing up. Intrusive maintenance will be performed without having me be notified. I discovered my plumbing and floors ripped up after returning from a month long leave, forcing me to find a place to stay for two weeks. I went to check on the progress one night, and discovered my patio door left open and unsecured. When they finished, I discovered some of my property in worse condition, being dirty at best or damaged at worst. Staff is deceptive and dishonest. Had to pursue legal action due to damage of personal property after months of receiving the runaround from immediate staff, as well as the overseeing
