The Residences at Escaya

My Husband and I have been living here now for 2 months and it's been amazing so far! We drove from VA here in like 49 hours trying to ensure we were able to pick up our keys and Shayla was waiting! She graciously showed us around the complex covering the amenities, mail and parking! I was worried we were too late or taking up her time but she was so kind and still consistently displays patience and enthusiasm when answering inquiries, concerns, or just getting involved in the community! The neighborhood itself is sooooo gorgeous and vibrant! I've made a few friends and even found the courage to join Sweat Circuit with my first class being today! Love the amenities for pup owners too! The front office is ALWAYS friendly and I look forward to their crafty and fun ideas they have availab

I lived here for nearly five years (Aug2020-Jul2025) and left it just how I found it. It was a new build when I moved in and I was the only tenant. I moved in during Lockdown, so I didn't get a chance to see it in person before picking up the keys. It was smaller than I was expecting. Still, having brand new everything was fantastic. Great area. You can set up your thermostat to be smart (i.e. command with Google, Alexa,etc.) Because I lived here for over two years, the next tenant will get fresh paint and bedroom carpet/floor. The paint was in good condition but the carpet was past its prime (discoloration from the sunlight).

I had such a great experience touring the community with Luis! From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The community itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and you can tell Luis genuinely takes pride in where he works. He highlighted all the amenities and features with enthusiasm and transparency, which made the tour feel personalized rather than rushed. If you’re considering moving here, I highly recommend asking for Luis and Sheila. They truly made the experience enjoyable and stress-free! 5 STAR.EXPERIENCE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve lived at escaya going on 5 years and have nothing but great things to say about the staff. Cesar and Jorge have always been so helpful and always get things fixed within a timely manner, always greeting me with a smile and a friendly hello! Everyone in the office is also wonderful, Vanessa and Sam have always been very helpful with any issues I have and are so easy to talk to. The area is beautiful and well kept. 10/10 living experience and again thank you to the maintenance team and all the ladies in the office who make living here so enjoyable!

I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing maintenance team at The Residences at Escaya. Every time I’ve needed help with anything, they’ve responded quickly, handled the issue professionally, and made sure everything was done right. Jorge and Cesar are always friendly, respectful, and go above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. It’s great to have such dependable and hardworking technicians here.
