The Residences at Crosstree

The new ownership and management is wonderful!!!! Being THE FIRST residents in this complex 4 years now....We previously had intense micro management at EVERY level. In unit checks with less than 24 hr notice for stupid stuff. "filter checks" during the holidays.A pound on the door while I am talking to patients and providers. Cars towed and threatened constantly within minutes of move time. Konover literally stood there and waited with a clip board and phone to get vehicles towed. Nasty gram emails constantly With every seasonal filter change came no heat or AC. 4 weeks without heat in November with visiting company and pets. This company is wonderful. We are very happy with our apartment. Management is right here with anything you may want to discuss or just to chat. All the workers are well qualified.

Lived here for over a year. Great location, neighbors and management. Great place for children and pets (especially dogs). Safe, close to Freeport Town Center and the 295 but also close to the surrounding woods, countryside and smaller communities. Special shout out to Alanis the property manager and Ian from maintenance. These two are great at what they do and always on the ball. Fantastic customer service !!

I went for a tour here and everything was so beautiful! Loved learning about all the included amenities. Michael was so pleasant and helpful, He answered all my questions.
