I spoke with Chad and Kori over the phone and had a really positive experience. Both of them were professional, easy to talk to, and took the time to answer my more detailed questions without ever making me feel rushed. After speaking with dozens of apartments over the past few weeks, this conversation was genuinely refreshing.

My son just moved here from Atlanta, Ga. He loves it. Beautiful property with awesome views. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication we have received from the leasing agents. The complex is absolutely stunning and was everything we were looking for. We expressed interest in 2 units and although the website states something is available, it’s not. I’ve let them know about 3 times that it’s not accurate and nothing has been done about it. I then told them if that unit isn’t available then we will apply to the unit but was waiting for confirmation, over the weekend someone applied and we received NO communication whatsoever on this. I had to call to get any sort of follow up. We went from loving this apartment to no longer being in any interest in living here.

I toured last week with Kori and had a fantastic experience. The staff was welcoming and informative from the moment I arrived. Kori was extremely knowledgeable, and the apartments truly speak for themselves. The custom closets, upgraded appliances, and large resort-style pool made my decision easy. I highly recommend!

I moved in about 2 weeks ago and have never been so happy with an apartment. I travel for work and the agents were great to work with and help me throughout the process. The location is perfect. Very close to downtown but still private and relaxing. The facility is beautiful and I am so happy to be here with my dog!
