Apartment walls are too thin! Manager is great, I give her a 10 star rating if possible because she is responsive and things get taken care of in a timely fashion. The apartments are very nice but it seems they were built without good insulation between the tenant walls so you can hear noise coming from the neighbors way too easily.
The Reserves are great. Many improvements made to the property. Excellent Property Manager. She listens carefully to any concerns, quickly addresses any issues and always finds the best solutions.
Because it looks newly-built very clean and is subsidized
