The property is really nice, but the parking is a mess!! Clearly, you can have as MANY CARS as you'd like to. People park wherever they want & store MULTIPLE vehicles on the property! I guess it's an issue that will never get fixed!! I know several people that have complained numerous times yet nothing ever gets done. Don't bother parking at the building you live in at night because parking is non existent! Literally ridiculous!! Also, people like to leave dog poop bags outside their apartment doors at night. Something I will never understand. What's the purpose of having cameras at the property when you all don't utilize them? If these issues ever get fixed, this property would easily get 5 stars!!

Tonya and Ricardo are the best! They helped me go from a 70% unit I could barely afford to a 40% that I can now afford much better. They always helped with any questions or concerns I had about my transfer. I know I probably drove them up the wall but they were so friendly and patient with me. Living here has been good, neighbors kind of keep to themselves so it's been quiet for us.

My leasing agent (Aries S.) was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process so simple. If I ever have questions or concerns I can always reach out either to him, or other members of the property management team. The apartments themselves are clean, modern and spacious, with luxury finishes (granite countertops, hard wood floors, ceiling fans throughout the unit, patio/balcony). Overall I love my new home!

Office staff is great, James in maintenance even better, always helpful never problems with them. The people that live are absolutely the worse. Dumpsters empty they drop their trash on ground, dog poop on sidewalks, dogs run freely without leash. Kids throw rocks at passing cars or parked cars whichever they feel is better at the time. My mother is handicapped with a parking sticker and can’t park in handicapped spots because they all taken up by non handicapped cars, this has gotten worse. Forced to pay for “parking” or threatening to get towed, never see tow trucks not sure if getting scammed by “parking requirements” but doesn’t make sense to me. “Community watch” is never here and have to wait over 45 minutes for someone to show, cops are always present in the complex, it’s been 4 str

My experience in the beginning with Aries was outstanding! Than for some reason things switched over to Samantha who made my experience the absolute worst! She was very rude and not keep me updated and when I’d ask her questions and explain my frustrations in the process she’d answer me like I was dumb or proceed to have a rude tone towards me. I got a bad vibe from her from the beginning and sensed discrimination from her Immediately. I let things go because I was frustrated yet apologized and figured she was in a bad mood because she called me at the end of the day, but it continued to be a horrible experience.
