You better read your contract to the finest detail. I’m not even sure if I own the air conditioning units in my house. the other day the termites company called me to see if I wanted to extend my contract with them. I refuse to pay the $400 price annually. Upon refusing they said they are going to come and remove the bait stations that they have installed in my property which I thought I owned. Shout out to the manager who signed this deal with these scumbag subcontractors. I would’ve 100% recommended this builder to all of my friends until I came across this baloney.

Andre with Kolter homes is the best of the best. Our home did amazing through the hurricane. We had no issues. Well built home. The only complaint we have is our Palm tree which is nothing.
