I’ve had an excellent experience living at this apartment complex. The community here is welcoming, with friendly neighbors and a great atmosphere that truly feels like home. The apartment interiors are modern and thoughtfully designed, everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms is top notch in both style and quality. The staff stands out for being professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They’re always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents feel supported. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, which gives a lot of peace of mind. Another big plus is the convenience of having shopping within walking distance. The Reserve at Traemoor Village is a wonderful place to live. The staff are professional, kind, and truly helpful, making the whole community feel welcoming. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-designed, offering plenty of comfort and room to settle in. Jennifer and Alyssa have amazing customer service skills! They are always so sweet, kind, and helpful. Anytime I need something, they get it done right away and make sure everything is handled quickly and professionally. They truly go above and beyond. Brandon, the maintenance man, is awesome! He gets the job done as soon as possible and always makes sure everything is taken care of. I would give them 10 stars if I could and will gladly refer many people to them!

Love living at this complex! This spacious brand new apartment complex has luxurious designs and high end finishes . The location is so unbeatable! Right next to shopping and dining! The property managers ensured an easy move in process and take care of any needs!
