There is no formal contact email to submit complaints on their. So here I am. Dear Leasing Office Team, I’m writing to share a concern about the snow removal after yesterday’s storm (1/25/2026). First, I appreciate the effort your team made to clear the driveway and the main roads throughout the community. I also saw the email reminder about proper vehicle parking to help with the snow-clearing process, and I understand why that guidance is important. That said, I was disappointed that snow was piled up directly in front of garage doors and around vehicles parked along the street. As a resident, I expected that snow removal would avoid blocking access points—especially in front of garages—or at least not create large piles that residents then have to remove manually. I've lived at The Reserve a few months and both Stephanie and Kaitlynn have been top tier. Any questions we had were answered and they were very prompt. Also, if they miss your call they call you back. Who does that in today's world? Typically you have to call again until you get someone. Through the ice/snow storm we got, Amy has been sending out alerts regarding the maintenance team and their efforts to clear the areas and make it safe for everyone. I dont think we could have asked for better. If I put in a maintenance request its usually done within 24 hours. The app has been very helpful and made it easy to submit work orders. I appreciate everyone here that has made living here such a great experience and I look forward to many years here. Keep doing a great job!

I will start off by saying that at the time this review is being posted there are currently 80+ empty units and there is definitely a reason why. They require tenants to obtain a $1,000,000 renters policy no matter if you have a 1 bedroom apt or 3 bedroom apt. During snowstorms they do a horrible job at maintaining the parking area clean even if the parking spaces were empty prior to the storm. Aside from that the entrance hall to the building is always filled with leaves and whatever else the wind drags in and no one comes around to clear them. They claim to be luxury apts but in reality if they truly were the tenants wouldn’t have to worry about maintaining the outdoor common areas clean and clear.

I found this place through a friend who moved in. I knew it existed but figured it was just another set of apartments. I visited my friend one day and I fell in love. I was awing over everything. I loved the movie theatre and the gym, the pools, playgrounds, and dog parks, the pond, all the greenery, the porches, and the apartment. EVERYTHING. I guess what caught me at first was sitting in front of the clubhouse waiting on my friend, there were shrubs and trees and just greenery. The Reserve felt like a private little community to itself and I loved that. The porches are huge in my opinion. I call it a porch because I’ve never seen an apartment with one that big. I love my apartment and the landscaping and how well it is maintained. Amenities are great even though I haven’t used all just yet. My dog loves the park and the fur friends she has meet. Great community living
