The Reserve at Spring Pointe

I’ve had an excellent experience living here, and I’m about to complete my first year. The neighbors are exceptional, the management is very attentive and kind, and they resolve any issues in a timely manner. The maintenance team also does a great job solving problems quickly. So far, everything has been a very positive experience.

At first, we were excited to move here. Once we applied, radio silence. We weren't even given a decision by the management group/office staff (Aida?) of Spring Pointe. We had to hear it from another apartment complex. Horrible communication, and "oh, I was just about to call you" comments. False.

I’ve lived at SP for almost 3 years. I’ve had both a 1 bedroom unit and a 2 bedroom. These are beautiful apartments! It’s also a great neighborhood and place to live! Alix is a great property manager and has helped me navigate moving between different units and tended to my needs over my years living here. Our maintenance team does an excellent job maintaining the property. I’m proud to call the Reserve at Spring Pointe home!

I have to give a review for the property manager even though I am not currently a resident. We stopped randomly on a Friday at the office to pick up brochures and Alexandra was in the office working. She was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Not only did she provide us with information for Spring Pointe she also provided information for Gring’s Mill. I have to say because of her wonderful customer service we are definitely considering either location for our upcoming lifestyle change!!! Thank you again for being so helpful.

My partner and I lived at Reserve at Spring Pointe for two years, but recently life events led me to move out of state. Firstly, this is a wonderful community in terms of management. Alix, our property manager is always so on top of things. Whenever I needed to ask Alix a question or address a concern, I always felt like she was happy to answer or offer support. I never felt like I was "bugging her". The maintenance team is wonderful as well, always resolving any issues promptly. Both Alix and her team frequently walked around the community and it made me feel like they really care about the community and making sure that it is up to standards in terms of safety and visual appeal. They are very attentive and hardworking and always seemed to be looking out for the community, especially in t
