The Reserve At Riverdale Apartments

I’ve lived at the Reserve of Riverdale for several years, and while there are some genuinely great people who work here, the overall living experience has become unbearable. ongoing noise issues have completely overshadowed everything else. The soundproofing is extremely poor — you can clearly hear heavy, abrupt footsteps from two floors above, and it happens constantly. I’ve raised these concerns multiple times over the years, but corporate management has shown little to no interest in actually addressing the problem. In addition, while there are some very kind residents, a large portion of the community is made up of people who are unfriendly, rude, and often snobby. My daughter rented a beautiful apartment at the Reserve in Riverdale . However, if you have children, this is not the place for you. The renters here do not appreciate children and there is nowhere for them to play within the complex . If you don’t mind overpaying in rent and enjoy a Jersey shore/drama - filled atmosphere at the pool then you will be happy here ! The apartments are beautiful, but not worth the ridiculously high rent.

I have been living here for almost four months now. I am very happy with my apartment. Coming from a home, it reminds me of an upscale hotel room. I even have a washer and dryer in the apartment. I have had no issues with the dogs on my floor and the hallways are always neat and clean. I live adjacent to the main parking lot and hear minimal noise. The only substantial noise heard is the biweekly garbage pick up of the dumpster. My neighbors are great and easy to get along with. I enjoy using the gym to. I have found the staff to be pleasant and helpful I would recommend living here if you are looking for a clean upscale community.

I know there have been conflicting reviews concerning the Reserve at Riverdale. I lived there for a year and recently moved out as I had an opportunity to move to a larger space. I personally did not have any issues during my year at The Reserve at Riverdale. There are certain processes and procedures that must be followed(like using the Resident Portal) but once that is done, it's smooth sailing. I didn't have to deal much with the office staff(Laurie and Ines) but when I did, they were helpful & courteous. A big shout out to the maintenance staff on site who work extremely hard in keeping everything running properly in the complex. I have lived at the Reserve for over 4 years. My rating of the development has not changed. When I moved in, I had left a review. I was blown away his clean everything was. I love the convenience of two major highways, mass transit to NYC and shopping. The management is super responsive to your needs/concerns. Any major or minor issues are addressed immediately. In my case I have only had minor (slow drain, lightbulb needed to be replaced and the batteries in my thermostat needed to be replaced). The building is very quiet, well built (thick walls, great heating and AC) and clean (never seen anything crawling). We love the pool in the summer. The patio with grills/fire pit provide a great way to socialize with your neighbors (cool crowd) or invite your friends over for a bbq. Food can be
