The Reserve at Parsons Lake

My experience with the Reserve at Parson Lake has been a good one from the start. I love the setting, the set-up of the community, the environment. Walks in the woods around the lake are relaxing. Grounds are very well kept. The construction and design of the apartment is one of the best I have ever experienced. I just LOVE being home! My interactions with the Property Mgmt Team has been great as well. I see progress every day on the Community Center, Fitness Room. Cannot wait to use the pool this summer! Very easy place to live. One of the best experiences I have had really anywhere on the East Coast. Very well done!

Tenants are literally paying for amenities that were advertised 2 years ago and still dont have access to them. Pool finally got finished after the hole sat there for over a year. Willing to guarantee they raise rent again this year and tenants won't have access to fitness center/pool.

I have submitted multiple complaints regarding ongoing noise disturbances, which include sounds resembling constant running, jumping, and the repeated dropping of heavy objects. These disruptions occur daily and have persisted for several weeks without resolution. In addition, maintenance requests I’ve submitted have taken several months to be addressed. I initially reported these concerns through the property’s online platform but have yet to receive a response. Due to the lack of communication, I followed up in person at the leasing office this past Friday. At that time, I was informed that there is currently no property manager on-site. The negative reviews are from people that couldn't pass the rental history or credit checks. Parson's Lake uses a third party company to do the checks, so if there's anything bad on your record, that's on you, not this apartment complex. When we were applying to live here, they gave us updates every day or every other day, even when they were short staffed last summer. They hounded our previous apartment complex to complete the rental history. After the checks were complete, we paid our security deposit and got the keys and moved here in the middle of last year and it's only been a pleasant experience being in this apartment complex. They do use the ResidentPortal app/system, which isn't the greatest, but all you really need it for is to pay rent and schedule maintenance, which is very ea

I genuinely was excited to move here. Being a single mom for a few years, financially I worked extremely hard to get to where I am now. I was wanting to move my daughter and I closer to the beach. I was excited for this new chapter. I have never missed a rent payment, I am an amazing tenant, I am extremely clean and classy. I have decent credit high 600's, not the best but high enough to where I should get accepted, no collections, no missed payments.
