The Reserve at Manada Hill

I looked at many apartments before choosing this one and the property manger was very easy to talk to and work with. I’ve been here for a little over 4 months and I don’t have any complaints. The portal is easy to set up auto pay and contact maintenance. Would recommend.

I moved into my one bedroom with a den back in June. I knew from the minute I pulled up that this would be where I chose to live. There are so many positives! Such as the amenities! The dog park, gym and pool. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I feel safer in a community like this where you have people to watch out for you. They allow pets and I was able to bring my dog. The neighbors are all friendly. I've made some amazing friendships here! The only thing I would recommend is newer/better appliances. There is ample space, parking, and the kitchens are gorgeous. Granite countertops and a breakfast bar, nice flooring and adorable patios. Overall im glad I made this decision! They also have monthly activities such as the pool party and a pet parade for Halloween.

Diane and staff were wonderful and made the whole move in process seamless. The community is quiet and respectful. The unit is beautiful and well taken care of. Highly recommend it to anyone looking in the Hershey or Harrisburg area.

My girlfriend and I had meet with Diane Smith, about leasing one of their apartments, at the Manada Hill. She was great to talk to, and was very personable! She had us sold on getting a place there, and we had submitted an application, the very next day.

The location is good. The material quality of the apartments is really cheap! very greedy and ill oriented business concept of the owner. The first to collapse in case of earthquake in my opinion is Manada Hill. They took my entire deposit and asked for more, never returned my call when I tried to discuss. Now collection are calling to get $600 more than the one month deposit they already took. I spent tremendous amount of time and money to fix what I had to fix. I hired a shampoo company to clean the carpet, hired a company to clean the oven, i hired a constractor to fix small things. it's just feel we are dealing with maniacs who think they can get away with whatever.
