The Reserve at Gring's Mill

This year will be our 3rd year at The Reserve at Gring’s Mill and I really love how beautiful and modern the apartment looks and how well-maintained they keep the property looking as well. When we have friends over, they always comment it feels more like a condo than an apartment. The complex is conveniently located 5 minutes from the Target shopping plaza and the two major bypasses in our area (422 & 222). Right across the street are the walking trails at Gring’s Mill and we have a beautiful view of the tree-lined path of the Tulpehocken Creek from our living room window. The management team, Tanya & Jennifer, host events at the pool for our apartment community and even email newsletters letting the residents know about upcoming community events and new restaurants around our area. The

My Wife and I have been living at The Reserve at Gring's Mill for approximately 4 years, and love everything about it! We love the layout of our apartment and the location. But, we mostly love the entire Staff. They all (namely; Phil, Zay, Pat, and John) treat my wife and I like we're family! They are all Courteous and Helpful! Although, Phil is relatively new his personality and professionalism earned our Respect and Friendship! It didn't take long for Phil to fit right in and start working as a team with the other staff members. Being a former Certified Problem Solving Skills Instructor at Carpenter Technology Corporation. I can easily identify a Good Working Team when I see one!

This apartment is in ideal location in Berks County and fairly new apartments. We generally liked our three years at this place. The maintenance staff is really friendly and responsive. The apartments are fairly new but really cheaply constructed. They aren’t going to age well. You can hear upstairs neighbors walking and god forbid if they have young kids. Noise travels and the thin poorly constructed walls do not shelter you from it. What clinches the one star is the move out process. Beware, you will not get much of your security deposit back regardless of how well you upkeep the place or clean the place before you leave. We were charged for repainting and cleaning even though we were conscious of what needed to be done. We spent (and apparently wasted) 1 1/2 days prepping and clean
