The Reserve At Fox River Apartments

I just want to write a Most Positive review For Mr. Ricky The head maintenance man. My dryer needed to be fixed. And it needed a part , so Ricky emailed me to lmk that the part my dryer needs had to be ordered. That was last Thursday. Today Monday I come home Ricky left a note saying my dryer is fixed. I was so happy. Thank you Again Ricky. When something needs to be fixed Ricky will fix it.😊

This review is about the maintenance staff only! Ricky the maintenance supervisor is very good at his job. He handles things promptly, efficiently and will explain the repair process to you if you’re home. He doesn’t say much but what he lacks in words he makes up for in skill. If it’s broken I can guarantee that he can fix it. The complex is huge but the maintenance staff do a great job at maintaining it to the best of their ability.

Looking for four walls and a roof? Perfect! Just don’t expect the luxury package. Think of it as ‘character included’ a little draft here, a sprinkle of mystery leak there, and maybe some vintage air quality. If you’re cool with that, welcome home! Oh, and just a heads-up this place has been under 3 new management companies in the last 5–6 years, so consistency is its own adventure. It also seems like the office staff either leaves or gets let go, so don’t get too attached. And I’m not even going to mention the dollar store maintenance people they have! Blinds in almost 85% of the units are tore up and very noticeable!

So I moved in her like in March it now August. My daugher is starting school and anyway we got everything moved in and our apartment fine. It the building it disgusting gross and they say we have the best kept apartment omg. I can't imagine the other apartment anyway the the maintenance is fine the pool when it open was very good I had no problem with the pool. Angel in office she is very rude one day she came up to look at something and she say something very interesting. (some background info i have a cat and dog and our dog poops in the house she doesn't anymore but yeah) Anyway back to the outside people the parents don't care what they're kids do at all. Well to start manager Angela is very rude and talks abt low income people she shouldn’t be working in this industry, the grounds aren’t kept well at all the hallways are messy with clumps of dust and bugs everywhere landscaping is not up to par at all swimming pool is usually broke down goin on 5 yrs now laundry room is only open 9-5 Monday thru Friday just like the gym the apartment inside isn’t to bad if you keep it clean just outdated appliances and under age kids running all around in the streets like they have no parents . At night it’s pretty quiet except for the few people who blast music in there cars and police sirens . If u are on a budget and nowhere to go then come try it out but if u have options go else where it will save you a peace of mind and a better quality of life
