The Reserve at Ballenger Creek Apartment Homes

This is our first winter here as residents, and we have been very impressed with the snow removal efforts. While many other areas also took several days to clear the snow, your team was out frequently working as quickly as possible The emails sent to residents provided very clear instructions on when and why to move our cars. It seems the only reason some areas weren't cleared sooner was due to residents who did not follow those instructions. Really enjoy living here and feel like we are being taken care of! Additionally, I want to share how much I appreciate the leasing office. Ines is always incredibly helpful and attentive to any questions or concerns that arise. The parking lots look great and the snow removal was well done.

Absolutely phenomenal from the leasing office, application process, move in process and continual maintenance upkeep and overall living experience. My family of 6 and I are so happy to reside here and appreciate the professionalism, the warm welcome and the clean environment and surroundings. We love the unit/apartment we live in and we are all very happy! Great place to reside! We love the gym, the park, dog park, Amazon locker is so convenient, grilling/patio area, and trash area! We dealt with difficulty in the past with previous landlords, specifically with maintenance issues not being my taken care of and we love that this place is urgent with all our needs and everything is functioning continuously! We’ve been here one year now and are quite happy with our home. The location is fantastic. It’s close to both highways, it’s not far from downtown Frederick, and the local area is peaceful. The apartments are well made and give us a very spacious home environment, with a small, but comfortable, balcony. It gets a little windy in the stairwells in winter, but that’s not too bad. The grounds are (generally) clean, and the area feels very private despite being up against the main road. It’s nice to take a walk through the neighborhood at any time of day, or night. Honestly it’s the staff that I appreciate most. From the office to the maintenance team, they are all wonderful to engage with. Coming in, they welcomed us, and it made the move easy. I recently moved out after residing there for about three years. At first it was a nice place to live. It seems over the years it’s more about signing leases to anyone. In my unit there was a family on public assistance. I seen the van move them in and occasionally pick them up. There is also a company that provides assisted living, that is renting multiple units from the Reserve. I have a problem with my tax dollars being used to provide a place to stay where I use to live. I work full-time and paid monthly rent of two-thousand dollars. I don’t have a problem with people on public assistance or need assisted living.
