Now they towed my vehicle from a spot that does not meet Florida State and Palm Beach County regulations for Tow Away Zones. No notice nothing. In that time, we experienced multiple maintainence concerns, including mold growing in our ice machine, damage to my vehicle from parking, and hazardous living conditions from piles of trash, constant marijuana odor, and poor property maintainence. Business manager in charge of utilities has been unresponsive to an issue I’ve reported over a month ago, resulting in being double charged for utilities for nearly a year, estimated $700 overcharged at this l point. Maintenance team is outstanding, friendly and responds to requests in a timely manner. Trash situation has been consistently out of control for two years. Gets to the point you have to maneuver around it to pull out of the parking spots. Have seen attempts to “bandaid” the problem but not fix.
