Hands down, the best student apartments around! Everyone gets their own private, locking bedroom and bathroom, plus a shared kitchen and living space. Having a washer and dryer in every apartment is such a bonus. The amenities and overall value are fantastic for the price. Management is responsive, the gym is clean and beautiful, and Maizie in the leasing office is amazing to work with. Highly recommend!

I moved into this apartment in extremely unsanitary conditions. There was spaghetti sauce on the bed, vomit on the floor, cat food and cat vomit throughout the carpet, broken items, excessive dirt and dust, and mold in both the refrigerator and washing machine. None of this was addressed before move-in, and management did nothing to prepare the unit. For the amount of money charged, this is completely unacceptable. I should never have had to clean up after previous tenants. The model unit shown during tours is nothing like the actual apartments. Fire alarms are constantly going off, maintenance requests are rarely completed, and the leasing office is almost always closed and impossible to reach. The Republic has been such a welcoming environment, from the second I walked in to the leasing office to the tour I have seen nothing but smiling faces. To say I am excited to live here next year is an understatement.

I lived here for almost a year now and i love it! we’re moving into a bigger apartment next year and the republic was able to completely accommodate all of our needs and more!

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Rooms look like a prison as well with a bad air. Also a tip: don't park at the leasing office even for 30min. They'll do whatever it takes to charge you $. Also, I got my car slightly damanged from it, but needlessly having to argue with extremely unprofessional staffs yelling at me for complying what they said, I decided to not argue and move on. If you don't want to experience this nonsense, I'd not recommend to stay here at all.
