Mari gave an excellent tour at Renegade and made the whole process very easy. She was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions. She really helped me feel confident in making my decision. Great experience!

Recently took a tour of the Renegade and absolutely loved it! My tour guide, Mari, was super sweet and helpful! She knew the answers to all of our questions and was very personable and sweet. She even helped with some odd questions and continues to reach out to help me with my signing and questions. Definitely reccommend the Renegade for nice apartments and friendly staff who are beyond helpful!

Came in for a tour yesterday and my decision was easy. The property speaks for itself, from the beautiful + well kept amenities to the various spacious floorplans, there was just something different about this place! The pickleball court sealed the deal for me and Kamryn was very helpful answering all my questions along the way! Top tier customer service, would recommend living here to anyone looking for the upcoming school year.

This place is actually a joke. It’s all looks. They have no cameras so when we had someone banging on our door at 3am they couldn’t do anything about it. The gate to the garage never once worked so someone was always in my spot that I paid $100 a month for. We were the first people to live here and they lied about literally everything. Not to mention we lived with MOLD all over the kitchen for the last 2 months being there and they did absolutely nothing. We put in multiple requests because they kept cancelling them we also called about the mold in the cabinets and microwave and all they did was drop a microwave off on our table …. This place was extremely rushed when they built it so nothing was done correctly. My roommates fan fell off the ceiling randomly one day. And then they try to

My roommate and I were having some issues in our apartment and needed a few work orders put in. Paige was so sweet and helped us right away. She made the whole process super easy and made sure everything got taken care of quickly. The community is great, and having someone like Paige in the office really makes a difference!
