DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I have lived here for almost a year and ready to move! The communication from leasing agents are VERY piss poor. From moving in, I had a possible squatter or maintenance person staying in my “walked thru” home and after letting them know I didn’t feel comfortable staying in this particular apartment they only offered to change my fob to my place. My sister and I had to clean the apartment because it obviously wasn’t clean from the person staying in it before I got moved in. Since moving here, the communication from the women in this office has been lack and very shady. I’ve had one friendly interaction with Taylor but everyone else is not that friendly. I asked for corporate’s number and was given the property managers number; obviously I wanted to speak to someone ov

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would!!! Of all the apartments I’ve lived in, this one has been the most terrible experience. I honestly don’t even know how to describe it. When we were applying, they were very accommodating. They would call and email you repeatedly until you replied. BUT once you move in and need maintenance, they suddenly become unresponsive. 🙂 I’m telling you this: our A/C was always broken. They only gave us one portable A/C, and imagine dealing with that during the summer. We had that portable unit for two months. Every time we called them, they would say the maintenance team had already come and fixed the A/C, BUT THEY NEVER DID! ONE MORE THING — THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK. 🙂 It’s been almost five months since we moved out, and they

I have lived here for nearly 12 years and had recommended this place to multiple people who actually moved in. They all left! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I lived in a one bedroom apartment on the odd side for nine years and never had any problems. A tree fell into my building and I was moved into a two bedroom on the even side. I have had issues ever since. There has been consistent flooding whenever it rains, TWO sewage backups, appliance issues and leaks, and other plumbing issues in the last two years. I had to leave my apartment for three months because of the sewage issue. I had to beg to have my carpet changed. I had pre-paid my rent and had to go back and forth to have it moved to reflect the time I was unable to live in the home. They sent cleaners to clean up the

I've been a resident here since April, and I can honestly say I have no complaints. The grounds are always well-maintained. I frequently see both property managers out and about — inspecting the property, speaking with residents, and addressing any concerns directly. That kind of service is needed and makes others feel better. I did have one minor plumbing issue shortly after moving in, but it was resolved immediately. The staff is always kind and I’ve never felt like I was bothering anyone when I’ve walked into the office with a question. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to have maintenance technicians wear booties when entering homes. I have a no-shoe policy, but I understand that’s more of a personal preference. Overall, this is a great community to live in. I know some res

I absolutely love this community. I have a relative who resides here, and I genuinely appreciate the customer service. I can always call the office and ask someone to check on my elderly relative (grandma), and I have never—not once—received any pushback! To all the ladies in the office, keep up the great work. It's truly comforting to know there are people in the office who genuinely care. You're not finding that at too many other complex's.
