The Remy Apartments

I just moved into this community and so far my experience has been excellent. From the application process to move-in day. Juan Guerrero has been nothing but helpful, kind, and professional. He has been quick to answer questions and made sure everything was ready when I arrived. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was hoping for. I’m very impressed and excited to be living here. I recommend The Remy for a excellent living.

I recently moved into The Remy and it has been a great experience so far. The apartment and the entire community are extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Juan and everyone on the team have been incredibly helpful and polite and they’re always willing to go the extra mile to assist residents.I truly recommend living here, we’re very happy with our decision to move in!

Great experience and it's only been a week. Areas are kept spot Clean. Pool and hot Tub always are a great option to cool down after a good training at the gym. Managers Staff always on point with recommendations and taking care of every detail for a smooth recent moving and resident experience. They go above and beyond. We are happy with our new place called Home.

We have lived in The Remy for six months and have only positive things to say about our experience here! The building is well run, and Matthew and Juan in the leasing office are always very helpful. They truly go out of their way to assist the residents with anything they need. The amenities in the building are great, including the resort style pool and state of the art gym. The Remy is in a great location, walkable to restaurants and shops in Plantation Walk as well as the Publix Plaza. The building is clean, safe, and we have truly enjoyed living here. Would recommend The Remy without hesitation!

My wife and I recently moved into The Remy, and from the moment we visited, we knew it stood out from the rest—and a big reason was Juan, the assistant manager. He played a HUGE role in our decision to apply. Juan was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel like we truly belonged, something we didn’t experience at other places we visited. He is definitely an asset to the management team. The community itself is peaceful and quiet, with beautiful surroundings that give it a true neighborhood feel. It already feels like home. The location is fantastic, and we’re so happy with our decision to move here!
