The Remington Apartments

This is actually our second time living at this apartment complex (we first moved in back in 2023, left when my husband deployed). Once he got back, we didn’t even look anywhere else because we had such a great experience the first time. The staff is seriously so friendly and welcoming, which made moving back in a breeze. The units are really well maintained, and we’ve always had positive experiences with maintenance: they’re quick, professional. The neighborhood is quiet. It’s also super pet-friendly (which is a big plus for us). There are pet waste stations with bags and trash cans all over the place, which makes it easy to clean up after your dog (though it’d be nice if everyone actually used them). The management team here, mainly Yvette and Dee, are great and very attentive. When I first moved in, I had an issue with a wasp nest on the balcony (common in the area) and Dee herself came to take care of it and I always appreciated that. The management is always very hands-on to make sure everything gets handled with care. I liked the fact that the washer/dryer came with the unit. I had no issues concerning safety or privacy, my neighbors were always respectful. No noise complaints. No pest issues in the apartment itself. The unit overall was great for the price offered.

My experience thus far has been great! Privacy and cleanliness are always a big concern and the Remington has delivered. The staff is professional and I enjoy the amenities. Any issues are handled in a timely manner. It is also nice to see people I work with also make up the Remington community. Thanks!

False accusations against us while living here. Also We PCS due to military and they were rude & not understanding. Gave us the worst time. At first they were welcoming but then treat you like nothing.

WE THE RESIDENTS ARE FED UP!! Dont let the almost 5 star rating fool you. The rating comes from the first scam these apartments pull on you when your first thinking about moving here. They treat you all nice and act as if they care and then they ask you while your filling your paperwork out to leave a review. Once your locked in on a lease that act goes away. The employees in the office are rude. They dont care at all about your concerns or complaints and why would they its not like they live here. They take zero interest or responsibility to provide comfort to the people who make this their home. Any time there is a issue rather than actually addressing anything they will just send a lazy email or text to everyone. As a tenant this is the issues I have had so far Dog poop has been left
