This company is completely unprofessional and dishonest. I reported multiple broken and damaged items when I moved in, and despite having documentation, they still tried to charge me for the exact same things when I moved out. It’s a blatant money grab. To make matters worse, the place was crawling with ticks. Yes, actual ticks—an obvious health hazard. When I raised the issue, it was ignored like it didn’t matter. That should tell you everything you need to know about how they treat tenants. And as for Julianne White—she was by far the most unprofessional, condescending, and unhelpful person I dealt with during my time there.
