I have been a tenant for about 5 months. They have responded to several maintenance requests quickly and have always been kind and courteous. However, I have had a number of issues and I would be very cautious of letting them manage my property or renting one of the houses they manage. -The pictures of the property on the web were very poor and low quality, I suspect contributing to its vacancy for a while. - I have had a leaking bathtub and a hole in my kitchen ceiling for over 5 months now. This has caused our water and power bill (due to heat escaping through the ceiling) to be higher. - There is a shower leak that is causing mold to grow and the wall to soften. I notified them about two months ago about it and they haven't done anything. - I have had a broken stove vent for over four m

Do Not rent from these people, they do not respond to any request or anything. I recently moved because of a $325 rent increase and I was told that the owners didn’t want to repair the roof because it wasn’t leaking. I had to pay out of pocket to fix the heat along with other issues. The house is on the market for rent but I have not been contacted for a walk through to get my security deposit back and like them no response!! I have never experienced slum lords before but they are the definition of it. I rate less than a star!

I was scheduled to move into a town home on a Saturday - but delayed until Monday. Sherry told me three times in an email the townhome was ready, however upon showing up, on Monday to move in there was a broken glass on the floor, a very dingy smell, flea/tick and bed bug treatments out, a moldy cup of coffee on the kitchen counter, the bathroom door had a hole in it, nothing had been cleaned, the bathroom didn't have a shower rod for tub, wasps were around a window and dead ones too, and the fridge didn't work. I called them and they were responsive, however my movers were arriving within 10 minutes with all my things and I could not take the risk of bed bugs - and I was definitely bitten by something when I was in the place. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. The

A LITERAL SCAM! My husband and I rented from these people for a little over 8 months and every bit of it was a nightmare. I don’t have enough time in the day to tell you all of the things my family and I have endured during that time. You can not reach anyone, do not plan on getting your deposit back they will keep it no matter what, mold, holes, ceiling caving in, smoke smell, filthy carpets, roach infestation, everything cheaply “fixed” that fell apart every time you touch it. READ THE REVIEWS!!!! Do not rent or buy from them whatever you do.

I could not stress this enough , do NOT do business with these people. They will take every dime they can from you and that is all theyre worried about. We rented a home under them for 6 months with no AC the whole time even by the time we left and it hitting up to 105 outside. They ignore emails, calls, text messages. You have to physically ask in person for anything and even then gives you the run around and then blames the owner of the house for it (who you dont even know or have contact with) so i definitely wouldnt let them manage your home for you either! The home we rented has a ton of damages that they will ignore until they are forced to fix. No matter your situation please avoid these people.
