Went to check out this property. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I toured the property grounds and like the amenities. Love a 24 hour gym. I have a few more properties to look at. But this one is a top contender. I liked the promotion offer for new lease.

Maintenance crew is knowledgeable & resolve request swiftly. Yeah, a new management company took over, so of course there were some changes. All I did was reach out to the leasing office to understand the new notices, and once they explained everything, it was easy to stay in compliance. I also found out I could use my own renters insurance, which is saving me $ per month compared to the previous plan in place. And on top of that, I even got money credited from that unexpected insurance charge once I showed them the policy I wanted with the right coverage. Easy peasy. If you are considering moving here — don’t. Living in this community has turned into an absolute nightmare since the management change. Before the transition, things were already far from perfect: trash piled up, valet service was unreliable, and management often ignored resident concerns. But what happened AFTER the new management took over is on a completely different level — unprofessional, disorganized, and borderline predatory. I renewed my lease just one month before all of this happened. There was zero communication that management, ownership, billing systems, and insurance rules were all about to change.
