The Ranch at Cibolo Creek

The management team with Tricia and Rachelle and Eric are exceptional. They truly care and go above and beyond to make you feel at home and very well cared for. I have felt very "high maintenance" at times with some special needs I have had, and in each and every interaction they have all three been helpful, courteous, professional and kind. They have beautiful servant hearts and know what it takes to be a true leader. The apartment complex is very well kept. It feels comfortable and safe. You feel like family here. The location in Boerne is great as well, with beautiful walking trails nearby, easy access to the stoplight on River Road, and a gas station and bank right next door.

Update: it’s now been close to five months and I still have no answers from anyone as to why my deposit was never returned. Do yourself a favor and lease somewhere else. This place is ran by crooked people. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend The Ranch at Cibolo. I want to be clear that the property manager was amazing to work with and I have 0 complaints about the staff on site. She went above and beyond and she’s the only reason I would even give 3 stars instead of 1. My issue is with corporate. It took them weeks to approve my application, and they didn’t approve it until the day before I was supposed to move in. Now it’s been a month and a half since I returned my keys, and I still haven’t gotten my deposit back or even a response to my emails. At this point, I’m honestly not sure if I’m

We've been here for about 18 months and we're very happy. The apartment is comfortable, well distributed, and well maintained. Tricia and Sean are great, they've always been kind and helpful. During the summer, we get to enjoy the beautiful pool. There's one of the best elementary schools and high school within walking distance. Good location. If you're moving to Boerne, we do recommend these apartments 😄

My storage unit in the complex was raided and emptied out by one of the temporary maintenance workers. No camera footage or witnesses makes it seem too good to be true. The majority of what was stolen were sentimental items with no resale value. The worst part is when I went to report the theft to the office, Tricia's flagrant and only offer was to put a better lock on the door. Pure insult to injury. Wish that offer had been made to me from the start. Save yourself from the misery and torture that waits for you here.

Just moved in, and the whole experience has been beyond pleasant. The office staff and maintenance are both helpful and friendly. Made us feel at home immediately. It's a small complex with well-kept grounds and is surprisingly quiet. Backs up to the preserve, and my view from the apartments is amazing and includes some hills! The apartment was clean and well kept when we moved in. Love that we made this decision.
