Good location. Accessible; shops, gas, grocery, hospital all within walking distance. Management responds to request in timely manner. Mari and David are great! Amenities ok; There is a gym and pool onsite. The fit out (appliances, fixtures, flooring) is a bit outdated but in alignement with rent prices. The gate is often broken or left open but haven't had any security concerns thus far. Overall good value for rent price

Zero stars. I normally don't like to leave negative reviews unless things are truly heinous, preferring to stay silent and understanding that we are all human. I complained about black mold in my apartment for years and they did nothing. I had AC issues constantly and one summer called maintenance well over 15 times to fix it. The bathroom flooded because of the AC issues and the vents filled with moisture which then turned to mold. They sent someone out to "clean" it but they were not licensed for dealing with mold, but we thought this would resolve the issues. And it did for a while. One day we woke up and our closet was flooded, the carpet soaking wet from a hairline fracture in our fiberglass tub. We called maintenance and they came out, said it was the apartment above us and they wo

I have been a tenant for years now. Staff is awesome, from the office to maintenance team. Mari is an amazing manager, she always goes above and beyond to make sure everybody is happy, Patricia is really good at communicating and making sure everything is getting taken care of, David is the best at making sure everything is up to date in my apartment. Highly recommend making this your next home

Maria is seriously one of the best team members! She shows up every single day with a calm, positive energy and somehow manages to handle a million things without ever making it look chaotic. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does and about the people around her.
