The Ramsey Apartments

We’ve had a great experience at The Ramesy Apartments in Durham. Our leasing manager, Natalie Fuller, has been extremely helpful and supportive—especially in assisting with our EV car charging and helping us navigate the common and not so common challenges of a move. The entire team, including the office staff and maintenance crew, truly feels like neighbors—friendly, responsive, and welcoming. I have never lived in a place that does more legit community building events. As long-time residents of downtown Durham we wanted to stay close to the city center but we needed more space and a fresh, amenity-filled place to live, and this has been a perfect fit. We love the FREE coffee and all the quiet common places to work or relax. Highly recommend!

Natalie Fuller is an amazing leasing manager at The Ramsey . She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about my concerns. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Natalie has been quick to communicate and very thorough in making sure everything is handled smoothly. When I first joined The Ramsey community Natalie was the first person I spoke to she made the leasing process stress-free. I truly appreciate her support and dedication, and she is a huge asset to the property.

I had been looking for a home to buy in the Durham area for a few months but on a whim decided to explore apartments in the downtown area. I hadn’t lived in an apartment for….many years…and with a teenager and niece living with me I wasn’t sure an apartment would be the right fit. From the first call to The Ramsey, I was treated with warmth and professionalism. Natalie, Bronson, and the entire team that manage the property are just amazing. I feel like Natalie ended up walking me through the apartment a million times because I was so excited and measuring this and that before I moved. She is always ALWAYS so friendly. I have been living at the Ramsey for approximately five months, and from day one I have had an excellent experience. The management team and staff have been welcoming, supportive, and highly responsive. Any issues I have encountered were addressed promptly and professionally. I have had the opportunity to enjoy the amenities, and they have exceeded my expectations. This has been one of the best living experiences I’ve had in a long time. The team truly takes care of their residents, and I highly recommend the Ramsey.
