If I could give 0 stars I would. I understand the property was recently purchased and needs time for repairs and maintenance but my gosh, this is the worst apartment complex you will ever live at , it is INFESTED with Roaches and their only remedy will be for you to have pest control spray every week until the end of time , which does nothing when the property and neighbors are so disgusting that the bugs are never leaving no matter how clean you keep your unit , the elevator never works so good luck if you live on the fourth floor. Maintenance will literally lie and say things have been fixed when they clearly haven’t things like the hot water and heat in the middle of January while there is snow on the ground. You won’t be able to contact the office as they only come in every other day b

I have been living here for several years and I want to thank the new administration for the aesthetic and security changes to the residence. We are very happy with the transformation that the New Atris Apartments has taken.

This place is absolutely the worst place to live. They are infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. Had to call the health department multiple times. There was 2 stabbings while I lived there and rats all over the place. Had to throw all of my belongings away because of how bad the cockroaches were lost thousands of dollars needing to replace my belongings. Maintenance never kept up on the property

I moved in 3 months ago, and I like it here. I have all I need in one place. The staff has been so nice to me and they listen to my needs. I know they are also working hard to make this a greater place to live and call home.

First Day Already A Terrible Experience To Start Living I Read All The Reviews And Should've Understood How Bad This Place Is Infested With Bed Bugs Today Was My Move In Date Feb 14th And Within 5 Mins Of Entering The Home I Was Greeted By 7 Bed Bugs And Glue Traps And Droppings On Rug And Many Other Nasty Things I've Seen I Immediately Left That Place Is Not Liveable Will Have Lawyers On Standby Hopefully This Gets Resolved Someway But I Can't Live In A Home That's Infested And Wasn't Properly Clean And They Knew Bed Bugs We're There And Not Inform The Tenant Also Didn't Receive My Door Code Had A Random Man Open My Door Honestly Just A lot Of Weird Things For 1st Day Of Moving In And Not Even A Day Within Minutes Of Entering The Apartment Alot Of Unfortunate Things I Will Not Be Return
