The Radius Apartments

My mom and I toured the apartment this morning with Kaitlyn, and she was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly informative and knew everything (and more) about the property. The apartment was STUNNING! It looked exactly like it did online. One of my family members currently lives here and loves it, and now I can see why. Everything about this place is perfect. The location, the price, the atmosphere, and the people. Highly recommend!

I was there visiting friends for the first time and I simply did not care for the ridiculously tall hall ceilings. They made the hallway itself feel narrow and claustrophobic, and I don't normally have that problem. Strangely, the only entrance wasn't clear and it was also difficult locating the keypad to enter the security code to get inside. The maintenance security pad is right next to the door whereas the actual keypad is behind, to the side and far from eye level! The hallway layout feels haphazard and confusing and the elevator's located to one side. It was also a mess to figure out their apartment configuration on her floor as they give non resident doors the same kind of apartment numbers! Nice place, but beware of a lot of hidden fees. And they will keep your security deposit. They cleaned one bedroom carpet and there goes most your security deposit. These apartment buildings always steal peoples money.
