On Halloween, we notified Rachel that we needed to identify and close on an investment property by year's end. Living far away, we had limited time to dedicate to showings so Rachel dove right in scheduling as many properties as we needed (including some last minute finds), gathering information we needed to make a great choice, planning the inspection and repairs, setting us up with pest control and pool guys, and within seven weeks, we closed on our beautiful home. Rachel is amazing! We needed to move our Dad and none of us lived in Utah. We were there for a short period of time, and Rachel was there for us every step of the way.
