The Quinn at Westchase

I have noticed significant improvements in the complex. It was not very clean before, but now everything is well maintained and much cleaner. The presence of 24/7 security provides a strong sense of safety for residents. The staff Ms. Monique and Ms. D are always very friendly, respectful, and responsive. Management’s efforts to improve the property are clearly visible and appreciated. We love to see it!

I just wanted to to say thank you to Ms Monique Kelly Property manager, Ms D, Mr Godfrey and maintenance technicians for their efforts around the community. Thank you, also shout out to the security lady who knocked on the door last night 2/27/26 and told us my packages were delivered to a wrong apartment for 3 weeks 🤦🏾‍♀️. Anywho, I see you and appreciate you MIRACLES AND BLESSINGS 🙏🏾✝️🙏🏾 I wanted to add I've lived here about 3 years or 4 years , 4 I think and I don't go to the office much or call very much but when we do myself or my son we're always treated with the same respect we show. The apartment managers are very unprofessional, if you report any type of issue, or concern they retaliate & find ways to violate your lease. They also do a poor job at maintaining the property, it’s disgusting! If I could give no stars I would!

Worst place ever. There is no upkeep. Water is always being shut off. They keep stacking charges on charges for no reason. 50 a month for parking and there’s no tow enforcement. So we’re forced to pay for parking for no reason. No reserved spots. Now they want to charge an additional 30 a year for pet owners to have a “pet screen profile “ on top of the 50 a month they charge for said pets. Which is also a 250 deposit per pet. They charge for amenities and those are non existent. They raise the rent when you renew. It’s horrible. clear property management is a soulless disgusting corporation that ruined these apartments. Absolutely hate it here. Can’t wait to move! The apartment itself I give a 7/10…it’s not as bad as I thought it would be. There are roaches that keep appearing in the bathroom for some reason. But my biggest problem are the neighbors next door. It’s at least 10 of them that live there. They fight way too much, music too loud, the smell of weed enters my unit through the kitchen. They are extremely inconsiderate and I’m trying my best not to make a complaint because I don’t wanna start any problems. I cannot wait to leave. I’d rather die than to spend another day here.
