The Quincy Apartments

We have lived at the Quincy for almost 4 years and have loved it, but we are relocating due to work. We lived in the 3000 building which I will say has the best parking and is such a quiet building with some of the best neighbors. The maintenance team is AMAZING they have been very responsive, always willing to fix or replace whatever is needed, and they are so friendly. The management team have put so much effort into events and resources as well as making sure our amenities are kept up to date. The only thing that can be annoying is people being unable to follow parking rules (not a reflection on management) and occasionally parking people in, parking on blind curbs, or just overall being lazy because they do not want to walk from the guest parking which is not far. If you want your car to get towed multiple times then you want to come live here. I’ve had my car unfortunately towed even though I live here and I had my car parked in a correct parking spot. I have even talked to management about my car when they even still put a sticker on my car. Though they don’t care. Not even a sorry about the situation. Terrible. If it didn’t cost a arm and a leg just to break this lease and leave I would of already done so already. I can’t wait till my lease is over. Don’t live here. They don’t care about you. If I knew this before hand I wouldn’t of picked this apartment complex but after I moved in a month later is when I started seeing all the negative reviews since they all moved out. Can’t wait to do the same here.

I just moved into my new apartment about 2 months ago , and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The layout is spacious, modern, and comfortable. The community is quiet and well-maintained, the staff Cassandra and Nicole has been extremely helpful and kind. From touring to move-in day, they made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend living here!

1. I just moved in today, and even though my move-in was hectic due to some unexpected travel issues, the maintenance team helped make everything so much smoother. James and Zee were incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They took a moment to make sure I understood how to use a few of the home features and checked that everything in my unit was functioning properly. Their professionalism and genuine kindness made a stressful day feel so much lighter. I’m truly grateful for the warm welcome! 2. Love this Apartment Complex if you are new to the Woodstock/ Acworth area for sure put this place at the top of your list! They have a gorgeous pool and a perfect gym! The apartment themselves are super spacious! Kaylee & Nicole were so helpful during this move for sure ask for them with any questions you have!
