The Quarters at Towson Town Center

If I could give 0 stars I would. Management is unhelpful. The place is trashed half the time as cleaning services just sweep dirt around. Maintenance will not properly fix anything. You will pay an absorbant amount for secure parking but their garage door is always broken so you get locked out. Cars have been stolen and plenty have been hit. There are no cameras to detail any of this. Somehow energy will double and it’ll be your fault when not even in the building. Run far away from this place. It’s may look okay but there are giant mice and cockroaches in the hallways, walls, storage units, and apartments.

Amir has visited my unit on multiple occasions for various requests. Every single time Amir completed a task at hand, he went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. He is extremely respectful and someone who I would highly recommend when it comes to services being fulfilled above standard. It was a 10/10 experience and I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Amir at The Quarters at Towson Town Center.

One amazing special first time mover experience I couldn’t have asked for more special and amazing staff to assist me with my first time moving. I just want to thank everyone at The Quarters for all that they did in the extra mile that they went.

Listen they list this place as a LUX apartment and it’s anything but that. If your getting a package delivered it’s most likely going to be end up stolen. The place is always dirty, people constantly throwing they’re trash bags out into the stairwells also just on the ground, it’s foul. The apartments are full of roaches and other sorts of bugs. They say there’s a no marjiuana smoking allowed but that’s not true because kids that don’t even live here come to the common area and smoke inside of that. The common area that they feature with a pool table that the felts is all ripped up. You can’t play and they have molding rugs as well in the room. I honestly think it’s great, comfortable living environment. Tour was great too. Thanks to Anthony Jordan at the leasing office who is a warm host and patiently answered all our questions.
