The Pulse Apartments

I’ve lived at The Pulse for three years. It was fine for the first year and a half, then everything went to s***. For starters, a neighbor once called one of the local news stations in the past and they came out to do a story on car break ins at The Pulse. That did no good, as they still have not put cameras in the parking lot or around the building. They only recently put one camera in the lobby. The company that manages The Pulse is The Wogan Group, and they’re slum lords. I have pictures of problems that started a year ago, and nothing has been done about it. My ceiling has been falling for a year because of a leak (the ceiling has mold and mildew as well, so my allergies are worse and I’m always itching but only when I’m at home). I also sent in multiple work orders about the issue. My

I am so thankful to have the manager (Tonya) and the maintenance man (AC) at the pulse. Since these two have been here I have seen so much change in the building. Tonya make sure the residents have a comfortable living environment. These two people are on top of there business when it comes to the residents. I have seen change inside the building and outside as well. When I put my work orders in AC come no later than ten minutes after the work order is placed to come fix the problem. They are truly appreciated for all the work they have done and continue to do. They don't half do the job they make sure everything is done in correct.

FYI ANY POTENTIAL RESIDENTS AT THE PULSE THEY HAVE NO THAT'S ZERO HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES OR EXITS!!! I am a tenant at the Pulse okay this is Mr James Lindsey I'm at 810 I've been a resident here for the last seven and a half years for the first two years everything was fine The last 5 years I barely got to know that resident manager they wasn't as helpful as I thought they would might would be but since our new resident manager has come on a board it's been a total change a real change things have been improving the building has been safer and we get things done so I give the resident manager and the maintenance engineer my highest praise so please give them all the help that you can thank you

My name my name is Herman Echols I stay in apartment 812 and since we have went under new management the building is beginning to look a lot better they have concern for us and they take care of us especially the maintenance man AC and the young lady who runs the office Latonya, she's very professional and she's down to business if we had two more like her this will be better than president Trump house lol
