The Providence in the Park

I have been here about a month and I love it so far. There were a few things I needed taken care of and Tyler didn’t hesitate to put in the work orders and answer all of my questions in a very timely manner. He was extremely sweet, professional and patient. He has been extremely helpful since day one! The complex is extremely quiet (LOVE) and I love all the amenities available to the residents. I am very impressed with my treatment here so far. All of the staff are awesome!

This past week my sister got a boot on her car. Management has just recently changed less than one month ago, however per previous management policies, visitors could park anywhere except for under the ports. My sister has visited several times in the past without any issue, yet as soon as this management company takes over she gets a boot on her car the first night. I go to talk to management about it and Lilliana ( leasing agent with curly red/brown hair) is completely clueless and has no information to provide except that the manager will be back in one hour. Lilliana advises that she will have someone call me within the hour. two and a half hours pass and i don’t receive a call. So i go back up to the office as this is urgent because my sister, who is in the navy, is needing to go back

Smooth move in process. Mostly electronic. Love my apartment and the grounds look kept up. Tyler is simply amazing, give him a raise. Hoping that maintenance is good long term.

Silbora is amazing, he łooked at the drawer and tołd me he was taking it to the shop to fix and bring back today, he had it ready Monday aftetnoon. Great asset to Providence in the Park. I have only met 2 of the staff. Maybe the 27th I wiłl meet more.

My microwave made a large pop with sparks coming out of the top right vent during the ice storm. It did this twice. Maintenance came, turned it on for a few seconds. It didn't pop or spark. Said he would get with his boss about it. I then get an email stating that service was complete. I messaged back that it was not completed and you responded that you would sent someone out. Received an email from you on 2-10-26 that service was complete even though no one else came. Not sure what's going on, but I'm really missing the use of my microwave. I don't want to risk a fire in my unit or anyone else's unit. Will you please send a qualified repairman to fix it? Thank you
