I had a great experience living here and just wanted to share how much I appreciated Felix. He’s incredibly kind, helpful, and always made everything easy and stress-free. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the residents and the community. The apartment itself was really nice and the community is welcoming and well kept. I’m grateful for my time here, and Felix played a big part in making it such a positive experience.

The units themselves are nice, and the location is great if you enjoy being close to trails and outdoor spaces. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Management here is absolutely awful. Expect the bare minimum—if that. I had an ongoing issue that lasted three months, and the property manager only “heard about it” today. Other residents have told me they’ve had the same experience, so this is clearly a pattern, not a one-off situation. There is essentially no on-site management, and the corporate office is based in Virginia, which explains a lot. Once your lease is signed, it’s painfully obvious they no longer care. I had an outstanding experience working with Felix! From start to finish, he went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free while I was looking for a new place. He was responsive, patient with all my questions, and truly took the time to understand what I was looking for. His professionalism and kindness made all the difference, and I felt supported during the process even though I didn't end up leasing due to unexpected career location changes. I recently moved into this apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! The move in process was smooth and well organized- the management team was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and exactly as advertised. I love the layout. The building is quiet and well maintained, and the common area was spotless. Neighbors seem friendly and respectful, which makes it feel like a real community. The location is perfect -close to everything I need, but still peaceful. Overall, I’m really glad I chose this place. It already feels like home!

We recently moved out of the Prospector Modern Apartments after living there for about 3 years. Melissa, Felix, and the front office team have been super helpful and responsive during our tenure. Shane in maintenance has been so awesome during our time here, and always addressed our concerns happily and super fast! These apartments are in a great part of town and always felt like home!
