The Profile

I was exchanging emails with the property manager, Marcus. I shared to him in my email of some minor issues in my unit. I didn't expect how fast he was in assigning my story to his Tech. I taught, I still need to place the work order in the right order. Marcus went go above and beyond to send his tech to fix things in my unit, that I didn't expect yet. When I got home from work, I noticed that all I stated in my email were fixed. I'm so amazed with these group of people in Cornerstone Apartments. Ezec, short for Ezequiel, I hope I'm right with the name of this guy, that amazes me of the work is done to my flat. So quick and with good quality. I stayed here when I first moved to Denver and had a great experience. I needed a temporary stay before finding a permanent home and Susie Miller (the manager) allowed me to sign a month lease, then extend when I needed more time during my search. The building is convenient to downtown and public transit. Susie is very knowledgeable about all things Denver and can give you great recommendations about places to see and things to do and her dog, Cambridge, is very friendly! I would recommend staying at the Cambridge.

This place is an absolute HELLHOLE. First of all, after I complained about the busybody elderly woman who wears thigh high shorts and likes to invite me into her apartment, who would literally listen outside my door to conversations inside (this was shown to me in reports she had written up), the "owner" responded to me that they could come into my apartment without notice for any reason just to "observe," and they did not have to tell me when or how often they entered. I left the sink in my apartment on ONCE in a year and a half and it overflowed onto the floor and required a towel to cleanup, the manager came barging in taking pictures. It was also evident that someone was in my apartment while I was out on numerous occasions as there was items moved around and drawers searched throug

It’s home. It is near everything so time isn’t wasted in traffic. Daniel’s team of Chrissy, Ryan, Justin and Mark each deserve a 5 star rating making the team a 25 Star rated. They are all knowledgeable and conscientious.

This place is awesome the Cambridge is one of the nicest places I have ever lived and I must say Susie Miller is a great host she's very professional and helped me out several times and I want to say thank you if you were thinking about coming to live here you are going to experience a great lifestyle I love the Cambridge
