The Preserve of Orianna Ridge

One of the worst places I've ever lived, place is a dump and maintenance barely ever take care of anything. It's way too small and theirs nothing to do and they always over charged for rent as they dont ever wanna be responsible for paying anything. Including a carpet bill that they replaced after the fact i moved out and slapped us with the bill, i dont think so. Theirs nothing i liked about living there, anything owned by Medallion is a joke. They just want your money and dont care if your struggling. Live somewhere else if you can, but i dont recommend Whetstone either or you'll deal with the same BS as it's the same ownership.

They need to cut down ALL their snow banks to ensure no fender benders. You have to crawl out into the main road trying to ensure no one is coming. The apt are nice but for the 3 bdrm town house the living room is small! & if you have a small dinning room table its ok but otherwise its sm also. Kitchen is standard size as well as bedrooms. Maintenance is excellent! 5 stars! They keep the parking lots plowed! Playgrounds, event room avail for parties. & some apt are single floor & some 2 floors. They also offer some apt for income based as well as mishda. & several regular rentals

I gave it 3 stars because the apartmemts are pretty good size and they maintain them, yet their management is very unprofessional. They also are destroying the lawns by the type of care they are giving . sad.

Living in Marquette is expensive but The Preserve is the right price for rent and was built in this millennium. It's two miles from downtown. Two miles from the breach. Two miles from the ski hill. School district is amazing. Friendly neighbors in townhouses.

By far the worst place I ever lived! I've been Harassed and stalked and had many False accusations from day one by neighbor's who are getting special treatment. Management is very shady!
