The Preserve Murfreesboro

I've been here 3years and I don't have many complaints. Maintenance request are handled quickly and polietly. The office staff is friendly and they try to make sure that the apartment complex is kept clean and maintained. It's a little on the expensive side, but overall it's a good place to live.

​Toured The Preserve and was really impressed. A huge thank you to Josie for being so welcoming and professional during my visit. She made the tour a fantastic experience!

The ladies that work in the office at the Preserve are absolutely FANTASTIC! They make everything so easy and are always ready to help by whatever means!! Also Blake one of the maintenance men is the coolest guy out there.

The Perserve Murfreesboro is one of the cleanest and nicest apartments I have ever lived in. The ladies up front are so nice, they really are heaven sent!! The maintenance crew while busy always gets work orders done in a fast mannor and are very nice gentlemen. I would recommend the Perserve Murfreesboro to my grandkids. Thank you to the staff for making it a great place to live!!!

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! THEY TOWED MY CAR ON MY BIRTHDAY!!! THEY ALSO HAVE SPIKES THAT POP YOUR TIRES BE WARNED!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE TO THEIR RESIDENTS!!! please explain to me what benefit (besides making money for the towing company) you see for towing somebody’s car away when they have a 2025 parking pass instead of a 2026. It’s been the new year for three weeks. You obviously know i’m a resident. Also nobody wants you to fix the gate or add more speed bumps. You people are extremely annoying and horrible. Thanks for making me and my fiancé waste $500. You should think about how your actions impact other people’s lives.
