The Preserve Cypress Hammock

Living at The Preserve Cypress Condominium for 3 years has been an absolute pleasure! From the moment I moved in, the staff (Laurette) has been incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. Every request I’ve had has been handled quickly and efficiently especially by Jose. Their dedication truly makes a difference for me as a single mom. I absolutely love my apartment! Not only is it spacious and beautifully designed, but I also have the most breathtaking view of the lake and sunset. Every evening, I get to enjoy the most stunning scenery right from my home, which makes living here even more special. The community is well-maintained, with fantastic amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse. While the condo is undergoing renovations and construction, I appreciate the

Dissappointed with the standards of the community. We have raccoons making weird noises and trash everywhere in morning. Please do better (set a pick up time not 6pm-10pm or set up traps). Also the gate continues to be broken, extra cars block PAID garages and the leasing office is so rude and not helpful. Do not believe the tour! Come any night and check it out for yourself (the gate is always broken). Also how is the club house still closed after 1.5 years!!!

This community used to be amazing! Good rent price, good apartments and beautiful resort style common areas like pool and clubhouse. For the last 2 years or so this community has fallen apart. Things at the gym would break and it would take months to be fixed. The pool is always unattended, people throwing parties on the weekends and inviting people from outside and nobody says anything. On the next day you can see the after party mess, everything out of place, garbage, things broken, etc. If you complain about this things nobody at the office seems to care, they don’t do anything to make things right. It’s sad and frustrating to see how this beautiful community has deteriorated. The staff at the office, one lady in particular, is rude and not welcoming at all. You wish she wouldn’t be the

Fantastic place to live I’ve had a great experience living at The preserve Cypress Hammock !The apartments are spacious, with a well-thought-out layout that makes the space feel open and comfortable. There’s plenty of storage, and the natural lighting adds a warm, inviting feel. The management and maintenance teams do a great job of keeping the common areas clean and well-maintained. The hallways, lobby, and outdoor spaces are always tidy, and the landscaping is well-kept, making the complex look beautiful year-round. Beyond the physical space, this is truly a great place to live. The community is quiet and friendly, and the amenities add so much value. I’ve been here for 2 months now so I feel comfortable to leave a review. I will update on move out if necessary. I’m very happy here. It’s incredibly quiet, it feels like an escape from the city. You are surrounded by wildlife preserves and trees. A very rare perk in South Florida. I feel like im escaping every time I enter the community. With that being said, nature means nature. You will get raccoons if you put your garbage out too late. But, if you put it out at the right time, they don’t have time to get your garbage before pick up. It’s up to you and the community to respect the rules to avoid a mess. If you do make a mistake and your garbage is out all night before you wake up, maintenance cleans up promptly or you can call. They acknowledge they are a community in nature and clean
