I absolutely LOVE living at Preserve at Pine Valley! The townhome option was a total game changer for me — having that extended private patio space is truly chef’s kiss. It feels like my own little retreat and makes the home feel so much more spacious. And the upgraded gym? Totally worth the wait! 10/10 recommend
Hello, *Update, my sweet elderly neighbor has absolutely no way to charge her phone or cook or plug anything in- her outlets have no power. I am not sure the name of the current leasing consultant this needs to be addressed to, however, this is a maintenance emergency that needs to be addressed this morning. I have submitted a report with the Wilmington Housing Code Enforcement Agency, see attached, because we do not have a working toilet. This is the FIFTH time the toilet has ‘broken’ and me and my family have had to go to Food Lion every single time since I submitted this current request on the 25th. Your office was closed and you are required to have an after hours emergency maintenance phone line, which was not working. This is completely unacceptable as this makes the unit uninhabit
I was driving around looking at places for rent and was on the way back to my old home about to settle for an “alright” place. We passed by The Preserve At Pine Valley so just for the heck of it, I googled it and it turned out it looked like a great match. Went to tour the next day, no appointment, Jackson was not only hilarious but attentive to our needs. Throughout the process of moving in, he has kept that same attitude! The first day we moved things in, I realized our fridge wasn’t getting cold. Jackson perceived the situation and quickly addressed it.. Next morning I had a brand new fridge. Aside from my great experience with staff, I appreciate the laid back environment this property has. Neighbors friendly, people walking/biking, numerous community amenities and it’s quite quiet for
*New edit below!* 🙂↔️ I appreciate the maintenance guys but I am so sick of feeling neglected by the management (specifically Jackson and Erin) of this place I could puke. I can’t comprehend why they just don’t care - at least not about the right things, like having proper functioning amenities that residents pay for. Out of the year I’ve lived here I’ve probably put in 10 maintenance requests because the AC breaks constantly. The temperature got up to 90 degrees fahrenheit in our apartment. I have sent so many emails, ALL to no avail. I tried several different email addresses that I found online and reached out still to no avail… I’ve called them multiple times - just realizing today that they still have their old (not working) phone number on Google. I found out through a letter that wa
I was a resident here for 5 years & I felt like I had no other option but to leave. This used to be a friendly & welcoming place to live. The old office staff loved drop-in visits when I'd stop by with my dog to pick up packages. Now the amazing Amanda you see in reviews is gone & the new management is just awful. We got an email back in March explaining the management change & that we should be expecting new mailroom updates, apartment renovations, & the pool to be closed for "restoration & construction." The pool was supposed to be closed for 6-8 weeks; it sat mostly untouched & was closed from March until July 4th weekend. The mailroom update was just the new management deciding not to keep our packages in the office & stopped notifying us to pick it up. They said it's "not in the l
