The Preserve At Longleaf Apartments

I moved here in January 2026, and the application process was easy to go through and didn't take too long. I had a few issues with the apartment when I first moved in and both were taken care of immediately within 24 hours of me putting maintenance request in. It’s a quiet complex as well. Overall good experience so far and I have enjoyed the apartment.

This place is great. Literally the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. Quality build and fixtures. The staff is friendly and is proactive in taking care of the place. Speaking of “the place” it is actually located in an actually wildlife sanctuary. All kinds of water birds, turtles, otters and other cool things can be seen. Haven’t seen one bug in the house if you know what I mean. The supers are experienced and thorough and don’t act as if you are a bother 6⭐️’s

The Preserve at Long Leaf is a very beautiful and peaceful place to live. I finally found my forever home. The staff are very nice and if something needs attention they are quick to handle the matter at hand. My new apartment was very clean upon moving in and even smelled nice! Did I mention how peaceful it is here! Also, much to my surprise, they have volunteers who plan events in the community. If you are looking for an apartment, I would highly recommend The Preserve at Long Leaf!

Almost 2 years ago, I moved from a different state to this apartment without having visited the area. I was looking for an affordable place to stay in a nice area. I read reviews about this apartment with other people moving from different state without ever seeing the place and their experience was great. Turns out, I also had a great experience. The employees are great to work with. This complex does a great job of maintaining the look of the apartments. Every issue, I have reported has always been taken seriously and resolved. This apartment complex has a welcome liaison. Sandy and Jeff, makes you feel so welcome within the community. They plan 1-2 events per month to help bring the apartment community together.
