The Prescott at Park West

Ramsey was a great help today! I literally walked in not expecting much from touring this property and left feeling highly impressed with the Prescott at Park West. It’s a prime location nearby a lot of stores and restaurants and near the 101. Ramsey was very thorough and detailed when describing all the pros of this property. I left feeling like I’m going to miss out if I don’t apply to live here. I have some decisions to make but thank you for everything Ramsey. Will be in contact soon!!

I toured The Prescott at Park West recently and had an amazing experience thanks to Ramsey. I originally came in to look at a 1-bedroom with a garage and small yard, and Ramsey went above and beyond. He was welcoming, patient, and extremely informative — even while juggling other visitors. He took the time to walk me through the floor plans, answer all my questions, and even stayed past his shift to help me understand availability and options. He really tried to find creative ways to line up my May move-in timeline with current specials, which I appreciated so much. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and takes pride in helping future residents. If you go tour here, ask for Ramsey — you’ll be in great hands.

The Prescott at Park West is a truly beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-kept and inviting everything looked. Ramsey, who helped us during our tour, was absolutely top notch. His customer service was beyond excellent—he was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. Honestly, if it weren’t for the stairs (we have a disabled son), we would have signed a lease that same day. The amenities were stunning, and Ramsey made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The world truly needs more people like him. Thank you, Ramsey, for such a wonderful experience!

Ramsey was absolutely wonderful to work with! He showed us the apartment and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable—answering all of our questions with patience and care. We really appreciated how welcoming and attentive he was throughout the tour. *did not rent* but from start to finish the customer service was 10/10, Ramsey called the day before to see what i was looking for, the day of we came a little bit early and Ramsey was eager to give us a tour. During the initial conversation we witnessed him fixing tenants solutions and everything seemed so respectful and diligent. The location and townhouse is beautiful. We would have definitely moved there, however I just have a nonnegotiable for walk in closets (just a girl) Definitely check it out if you’re fine with one walk in closets, but still an overall beautiful townhouse. Ramsey = 10/10
