My husband and I purchased our Lighthouse Point home a little over three years ago. Cathy Prenner was the listing agent. Our hearts were set on buying in the Los Olas area. We narrowed our final selection down to 3 Los Olas homes. Cathy reached out to our agent and to us. Her diligence put Lighthouse Point and our current home back on our short list. We love our home and Cathy did an awesome job for us and for the sellers. I am now an agent in the area and can vouch for Cathy’s hustle and work ethic. Cathy was truly the most rude and unprofessional agent I have ever worked with. I wouldn’t even recommend buying a home that is her listing because she will just be condescending to the seller and the buyer and everyone involved. Her “30 years of real estate” did not teach her how to properly speak to or treat people.

The Prenner-Roepnack Group sold our commercial property in record time. Jack was with us every step of the way. He made sure that all issues were responded to in a timely manner. We leaned upon his experience and recommendations to make the most of our property sale. I'd definitely recommend them as a residential or commercial agent.
