We first worked with The Pratley Company when we moved to town many years ago. They have done three large projects for us and we have been very happy with the results. From adding a dormer across our first house to a full addition with master suite and kitchen/great room they met or exceeded our expectations each time. Peter has great insights and ideas that enhance the design process, and the work done by him and his team endures for years. Peter and his team did a gut renovation on my house, including redesigning the living space on both floors, new doors and windows, new roof, new mechanicals, new shingle siding, new bathroom, an entirely new kitchen, and new hardwood floors.
