The Prairie at Chaffee Crossing

Forgive my 2012 profile, but Mariah has been amazing! She’s timely, active, very responsive and attentive to everyone’s needs. Happy with the apartments and their employees.

We’ve had such a great experience at The Prairie! From the start, Mariah was amazing—she gave us a detailed virtual tour, patiently answered all of our questions, and made the entire process so smooth. Even after we moved in, she’s been incredibly helpful and responsive, which really made us feel welcome. The community itself is wonderful—cozy apartments, great neighbors, and fantastic amenities. It’s a peaceful place with a friendly vibe, and it already feels like home. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable, well-managed community!

Mariah was absolutely phenomenal throughout my experience at The Prairie at Chaffee Crossing! From the moment she gave me the tour, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. She explained everything with such detail and professionalism, and when it came time to move forward, she made the entire process of getting my apartment seamless and efficient. Mariah truly goes above and beyond for her residents, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find their perfect home. I can’t recommend her enough!

Mariah has been wonderful in accommodating my needs, making time for my schedules, and making sure I have had a welcoming and successful move-in to my new apartment. I have only been here a week but the interaction and support have been phenomenal. Tyler and Natalie have also been very responsive and helpful in making me feel important to them and welcome in the community.

Mariah was patient and kind with this old lady trying to decide which apartment I wanted! I showed up a dozen times and each time she was so pleasant to deal with. Having never lived in an apartment I wasn't sure what to expect. So far, my first full week has gone great. Thanks for all of your help and the surprise goodies in the frig. my first day!
